Airport Guide

We’ve reimagined the airport process to make refunds faster and simpler, with fewer queues. To ensure your refund is processed, please make sure your form is fully completed before returning it at the tax-free drop-off point at your departure airport (see below).

Dublin Airport Terminal 1

At Terminal 1, you can drop completed forms into the Unirefund box located in the Tax Free Drop Zone. Clear instructions are available to help you finalise any remaining steps then simply drop and go. If your form is fully completed, you may also drop it with the Official Foreign Exchange Provider at the airport, International Currency Exchange (ICE), operating in partnership with Unirefund. ICE is open from 05:00 to 20:00 and is located in the Tax Free Drop Zone, on the way to the Departure Gates.
